Matiang'i, who declared his presidential bid in May and was endorsed by the Jubilee Party in October, performs strongly in Central Kenya (17 percent), Nairobi (11 percent), and Western Kenya (15 percent).
The cost of living is the top concern for 46 percent of voters, followed by anti-corruption (27 percent) and health services (27 percent).
