Central African Republic voters cast ballots on Sunday in an election where incumbent president Faustin-Archange Touadera is largely expected to secure a third term after a new constitution in 2023 allowed him to run. Touadera, escorted by presidential guard and Russia's Wagner paramilitary group, urged citizens to vote for peace and development.
