The entire rally, scheduled for March 12-15, will be exclusively held in Naivasha, departing from the long-standing tradition of starting in Nairobi due to new FIA WRC sporting regulations.
- The spectators will be able to watch the shakedown on Thursday, March 19, in Nawisa, located near the Service Park.
- CEO Charles Gacheru cited FIA WRC sporting regulations requiring the rally to start on a Thursday and end on a Sunday, preventing a Nairobi start.
