More than 300,000 visitors flocked to Kenya's national parks and wildlife reserves during the December 2025 festive season, demonstrating the increasing appeal of the country's wildlife destinations to both local and international tourists.

• A total of 231,000 visitors were Kenyan citizens and residents, while 82,500 were non-residents.
• The Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) thanked visitors and highlighted domestic tourists as the true cornerstone of Kenya’s tourism.
