A family in Nyamira County is demanding justice after 39-year-old Eric Mokaya died from injuries allegedly sustained during an assault by an Assistant Chief. The family claims Assistant Chief Richard Gichana attacked Mokaya over accusations of transporting illicit brew, an allegation the Assistant Chief denies.
