A Kibera-based social media influencer, Godfrey Mwamburi Wavonya (aka ‘duty_boy_stylish’), has been selected as one of ten global winners to join YouTube star Mr. Beast on a charity mission in Ghana, following the 2026 One Billion Followers Summit in Dubai.

• Influencer Godfrey Mwamburi Wavonya from Kibera was chosen for his acts of kindness, including feeding street children and providing clothes to the homeless.
• The initiative was organized by the One Billion Followers Summit in partnership with the Mohammed Bin Rashid Global Initiative and the Varkey Foundation to promote kindness globally.
• Selected winners will travel with Mr. Beast to Ghana to help build a village, a testament that "kindness can emerge from anywhere."
