The Kenya Rural Roads Authority (KeRRA) has announced a vacancy for a new Director General to take over from the interim head, Jackson K. Magondu. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing strategic goals and overseeing resource management for the Authority.

• Applicants must have at least 15 years' professional experience, including a minimum of 10 years in highway and road engineering and 10 years in a senior managerial position within the roads sector.
• Candidates must be registered with the Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) as a Professional Engineer.
• The application deadline for this position is January 13, 2026.
• The Director General will provide leadership for KeRRA's mandate to develop, manage, maintain, and rehabilitate rural roads across Kenya.
