The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has announced 36 medical courses available at Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) campuses for students who scored grades C and D in their Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE). These certificate and diploma programs offer opportunities in various health fields across Kenya.

• KUCCPS opened its portal for applications on Tuesday, January 13, with the deadline for submissions being January 27, 2026.
• The courses include certificates in Community Health Assistant and Medical Engineering, and diplomas in Clinical Medicine and Surgery and Kenya Registered Nursing and Midwifery.
• Minimum entry requirements range from a mean grade of C (plain) to D+ (plus) or D (plain), though all courses except Mortuary Science require at least a C- (minus) in English or Kiswahili and Mathematics.
