The Employment and Labour Relations Court has temporarily halted the suspension of National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF) Chief Executive Officer Roy Sasaka Telewa. The suspension was recommended by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) over allegations of unexplained wealth amounting to approximately Sh1 billion.

• Suspension temporarily halted due to a ruling by Lady Justice Jemimah Wanza Keli.
• EACC recommended suspension to Ministry of Gender, Culture and Children Services Cabinet Secretary Hanna Wendot Cheptumo.
• Allegations include possession of unexplained wealth, abuse of office, conflict of interest, and money laundering, valued at about Sh1 billion.
