• Koimburi accused Gachagua of abandoning loyal supporters and embracing political rivals, specifically after Gachagua allegedly declared Aloise Kinyanjui, Koimburi's rival, as the DCP candidate for the Juja parliamentary seat in the 2027 General Election during a recent church visit.
• The MP claimed his unwavering support for Gachagua led to political persecution and development setbacks in Juja constituency, including stalled roads and delayed water projects.
• Koimburi stated he will now support President William Ruto's government to prioritize development in Juja, dismissing claims that he was "bought" by the government.
