A family in Nairobi is demanding justice after Amos Isoka, their loved one, died from complications following a dental procedure at an illegal clinic in Kawangware. The practitioner responsible for the procedure remains at large.

• Amos Isoka passed away on Wednesday evening at Kenyatta National Hospital (KNH) more than two weeks after a tooth extraction at Kawangware’s Life Clinic.
• The deceased's wife, Vivian Nekesa, and mother, Mary Nelima, are seeking justice, noting that doctors informed them Isoka's heart stopped after breathing complications.
• The family stated that the clinic operated illegally with unqualified staff, highlighting issues of regulation and oversight in the informal health sector.
