• Njeri Maina declared that the Kenya budget will not pass without "a clear and deliberate allocation for sanitary towels."
• The National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAF) will distribute 88,900 packets (equivalent to 1,108 bales) of sanitary towels to 19,725 girls in 200 Junior Secondary Schools across Kirinyaga County.
• At the Tupange Kesho Youth Summit, Maina urged Gen Zs to channel their dissent into structured organizing and economic empowerment, highlighting that she personally defended over 500 Gen Zs during protests last year.
• Cheques ranging from KSh100,000 to KSh300,000 were issued to youth groups for business ventures, and a KSh5.8 million TVET scholarship program was highlighted to equip youths with digital and technical skills.
