Haitian security forces have initiated a major anti-gang operation in gang-controlled areas of Port-au-Prince, including a drone strike targeting a residence of prominent gang leader Jimmy Cherizier, known as "Barbecue." This offensive aims to regain control of the capital, which has been largely dominated by criminal groups.
