  • The arrests were made by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in collaboration with the Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) in Kisumu and Ongata Rongai.
  • Their mobile devices contained images of fake KCSE result slips and other examination materials. The DCI has warned the public that KCSE results are tamper-proof.
