A Nairobi court is hearing a manslaughter case involving the death of Lucy Wambui Kamau, who died from complications after a cosmetic surgery procedure for which she paid nearly Sh700,000. Her husband, Francis Nganga Mundia, testified that she was "forcefully discharged" despite her deteriorating condition and that the clinic "abruptly closed immediately after her discharge."
