President William Ruto announced that a title deed for Nairobi's Gikomba Market will be processed within 90 days, officially establishing its ownership as public land belonging to Nairobi County. This move aims to prevent land grabbing and facilitate the construction of Phase Three of the market after Phase Two's completion.
