Kisii Governor Simba Arati has launched a free milk program for Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE) learners in public schools across all 45 wards of Kisii County, starting on February 2.

The program aims to benefit approximately 68,000 ECDE learners and will provide milk three times a week.
