A committee led by former Nominated Senator Agnes Zani has announced nationwide public hearings on the implementation of the NADCO report and the 10-point agenda, beginning on February 2, 2026, in Mombasa.

• The consultations will tour various regions across Kenya, concluding on February 25, 2026, at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre in Nairobi.
• The consultations will include engagements in major towns such as Kisumu, Kakamega, Eldoret, Nakuru, Nyeri, Meru, and Machakos.
• The committee, known as COIN-10, urges citizens to participate actively and share their views.
