One person, one of the truck drivers, was confirmed dead by Lang’ata Sub-County Police Commander Pius Mwanthi.

Witness John Otieno reported the oil tanker lost control before the crash, and KeNHA advised motorists to use alternative routes due to expected traffic disruptions.
