The Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in Nairobi has apprehended two suspects, Brian Yomasia and Stephen Okwachi Shisia, in possession of over 900 stolen phones destined for Uganda. This follows a meticulously executed operation targeting a syndicate involved in phone theft and cross-border trafficking.
