Kilifi County police have recovered a large consignment of suspected cannabis and arrested two individuals in Langobaya following a tip-off from the public.

• 220 rolls and approximately nine kilograms of suspected cannabis sativa were recovered.
• The operation was conducted on January 27, 2026, by officers from Langobaya Police Station in Chakama Township.
• The National Police Service (NPS) commended public cooperation and reiterated its commitment to combating drug trafficking.
