The Matatu Owners Association (MOA) has threatened a nationwide withdrawal of services starting Monday, February 2, unless the government addresses escalating attacks by rogue boda boda riders. This ultimatum follows a recent incident on Juja Road where a matatu was torched after a fatal accident involving a rider.
