Cabinet Secretary Alice Wahome oversaw the issuance of 986 title deeds in Nakuru's Kisima Settlement Scheme, fulfilling a government promise to settle landless citizens. This act provides long-awaited dignity and stability, especially for Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).

A total of 986 title deeds were issued in Njoro Sub County, Nakuru County.
433 families of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) at Kisima received titles, alongside allocations for public utilities, former workers, and the Kiptuko Group.
The 1,112-acre Kisima farm was acquired by the Government in 2012 specifically to resettle IDPs.
