Five months after a tragic plane crash in Mwihoko claimed six lives, including Amref officers, the community is still grappling with the trauma. In response, Amref is constructing five new classrooms at Mutonya Primary School as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility programme to help the community heal and improve educational infrastructure.

• The new classrooms will address severe congestion at Mutonya Primary School, which has seen its enrollment increase by nearly 300 per cent, now serving approximately 1,500 pupils.
