A Kenyan High Court has struck out a petition filed by Roy Sasaka Telewa, the Chief Executive Officer of the National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF), which sought to block his arrest and prosecution over graft allegations. The court deemed that Telewa abused the court process by filing parallel cases seeking similar orders.

• Roy Sasaka Telewa is accused of corruption, procurement irregularities, and unexplained wealth from January 2021 to January 2026.
• The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) is investigating these allegations, which span his time at NGAAF, the National Youth Council (NYC), Kenya Deposit Insurance Corporation (KDIC), and the Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK).
• The EACC had recommended Telewa's suspension to the Gender, Culture and Children Services CS, Hanna Wendot, on January 12.
