Mugure, playing off handicap 18, scored an impressive 37 stableford points to secure the overall win.
The tournament was organized by outgoing Lady Captain Susan Mwangi, who completed her one-year tenure, to bid farewell to members and friends.
Other notable winners included Rishi Dodhia (male winner with 41 points), Gladys Kasi (female winner with 34 points), and Constance Achila (runner-up with 33 points).
