• The chatbot, accessible via 0700 340 972, provides practice directions, court service details, and access to Supreme Court decisions.
• The online registry system, hosted on Microsoft Teams, is available daily from 8:30 am to 10:30 am and 2 pm to 3:30 pm.
• While digital services are emphasized, physical services remain available at the central registry in Nairobi, as well as sub-registries in Kisumu and Mombasa.
