The Kenya Pipeline Company (KPC) Foundation has launched the INUKA Vocational Youth Empowerment Program, expanding its existing scholarship initiative to provide vocational and technical training. This new program will empower 31 youth from communities near KPC installations with practical skills.

31 youth from 14 villages in Nairobi's Mukuru area will receive six months of training in Welding and Fabrication and Electrical Installation Technology.
The program, part of the expanded INUKA Scholarship initiative, includes a three-month industrial attachment at the Morendat Institute of Oil and Gas (MIOG).
13 of the trainees are young women, highlighting the foundation's dedication to gender equality in technical fields.
