He emphasized focusing on service delivery and avoiding political rhetoric as the case proceeds to the Supreme Court.

• The Court of Appeal upheld all provisions of the NG-CDF Act, 2015, except for a sub-section linking the NG-CDF Manager's term to Parliament's term.
• Wetang’ula commended the House Legislative Caucus, co-chaired by Rarieda MP Otiende Amollo and Ainabkoi MP Samuel Chepkong’a, for defending the Fund in court.
• A notice of appeal has been filed, meaning the case will now proceed to the Supreme Court, where Wetang’ula is confident the litigation team will again defend the Fund’s constitutionality.
