Kenyan Members of Parliament are pushing for a comprehensive review of the hardship allowance policy for teachers, urging the Ministry of Education to address existing inequalities and staff attrition in disadvantaged areas. The lawmakers also seek a rationalization of infrastructure investment to correct regional imbalances in learning facilities.
