The Ministry of Education has announced the official registration dates and guidelines for the 2026 Kenya Primary School Education Assessment (KPSEA), Kenya Junior School Education Assessment (KJSEA), and Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) national examinations.

• KPSEA registration runs from February 16 to March 16, while KCSE registration is from February 16 to March 31, and KJSEA from March 2 to March 31.
• KNEC Chief Executive Officer Dr David Njengere confirmed preparations are underway, including online registration portals and an SMS verification service for parents in April.
• The Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC) is addressing past concerns about unregistered candidates by urging parents to verify registration early.
