Kenyan activist Mwabili Mwagodi was arrested on Sunday, February 15, at the Lunga Lunga border while attempting to travel to Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. He is currently detained at Lunga Lunga Police Station after being stopped due to a Red Notice on his passport, allegedly issued by a Directorate of Criminal Investigation Officer (DCI) from Mazingira House in early 2025.
