Five Kenyan golfers preparing for the Kenya Open Golf Championship have received a significant boost with a Ksh.3.2 million sponsorship from gaming firm Betika. These players, comprising both elite amateurs and seasoned professionals, aim to make a strong showing in the prestigious tournament, which has never been won by a Kenyan golfer.

• Betika has sponsored five Kenyan golfers with Ksh.3.2 million for the upcoming Kenya Open Golf Championship.
• The sponsored players include elite amateurs Michael Karanga and John Lejirma, and professionals CJ Wangai, Samuel Njoroge, and Justus Madoya.
• The tournament, a leg of the DP World Tour, will be held from February 19th to February 22nd at Karen Golf And Country Club.
