  • The fake NTSA Instagram account, 'ntsa_kenya_', has 878 followers and uses the official NTSA logo and road safety posts to deceive users.
  • The NTSA advises the public to only communicate through their official channels: verified social media @ntsa_kenya, website www.ntsa.go.ke, email info@ntsa.go.ke, and customer care numbers 0709 932 000/300.
  • The fake account warning comes almost three weeks after KALRO issued an alert on nine fraudulent social media accounts impersonating them, with their notice published on Saturday, January 31.
