The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) has announced its full preparedness for by-elections nationwide on February 26, confirming the receipt of ballot papers and advanced logistical arrangements.

• Four pallets of ballot papers were received at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, to be dispatched to polling areas on February 23.
• The by-elections will be held in Muminji and Evurore wards in Mbeere West Constituency, West Kabras Ward in Kakamega County, and Isiolo South Constituency.
• IEBC Deputy Chief Executive Officer Obadiah Keitany stated that the estimated cost for these by-elections is around Sh100 million, covering logistics, personnel, and security.
