A Garissa Member of County Assembly and two former county officials are slated for arraignment today, Monday, over alleged graft totaling Ksh 51.4 million.

• Key individuals include Abdi Ibrahim Daar (MCA, Balambala Ward), Mohamud Dubow Korane (former Director, Accounting Services), and Yussuf Bethe Ali (former Senior Principal Economist) of the County Government of Garissa, arrested by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC).
• Scheduled for arraignment at the Garissa Law Courts for plea taking following their arrest on 22nd February 2026.
