Three Kenyan professional golfers, Dismas Indiza, David Wakhu, and Mohit Mediratta, have begun early preparations for the 58th Magical Kenya Open (MKO) set for next year, following a lucrative sponsorship deal.

• The sponsorship from the Kenya Vision 2030 Delivery Secretariat and the Kenya Tourism Board (KTB) will support the players in 25 golf events from April leading up to the tournament.
• The three golfers signed the contract on Tuesday in Nairobi.
• This support aims to help Kenyan players make the cut and potentially win the MKO on home soil, boosting Kenya as a sporting and tourism hub.
