An 80-year-old man, Clemtent Ongoro Kotonge, was allegedly hacked to death by his son-in-law in Kogola village, Ndhiwa Sub-County, Homa Bay County on Tuesday night.

• The suspect attacked Mr. Kotonge after the deceased refused to mediate a domestic dispute between the suspect and his wife.
• The suspect is currently in hiding, and the Homa Bay police have launched a manhunt.
• The victim's body was moved to Manyatta Kobodo morgue.
