By-elections commenced smoothly this morning in Isiolo South Constituency and two wards in Mbeere North (Muminji and Evuvori). Voting stations opened at 6:00 AM, with a low voter turnout noted.

• Candidates in Isiolo South are siblings Tubi Mohammed (UDA) and Bina Tubi (Jubilee).
