The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has secured victories in three by-elections held on Thursday, winning both contested seats in Mbeere North Constituency and the Kabras Ward MCA seat.

• UDA candidates won seats in Evurori Ward (7,853 votes for Duncan Muratia) and Muminji Ward (3,201 votes for Peterson Njeru) in Mbeere North.
• UDA's Elphas Shalakha won the Kabras Ward MCA seat with 3,317 votes.
• These wins strengthen UDA's presence in Embu County and mark an inroad in Western Kenya.
