• Chris Getonga, Chairman of the Runda Association, stated that they do not levy any access charges and have never authorized such fees on public roads.
• Karura MCA Fiu Nifiu confirmed that no public road has been blocked within the Greater Runda Estate under Nairobi City County jurisdiction, reiterating the road's location in Kiambu County.
