• The new Britam AI Motor Assessment Service aims to process and pay claims within 2 hours, a substantial improvement over the industry average of five days.
• The initiative is spearheaded by Britam General Insurance, with Chief Executive Officer James Mbithi highlighting the company's push for modernization.
• Currently, the service is available for comprehensive motor insurance customers with driveable vehicles that have sustained minor damage, processed through a drive-through facility at Britam Centre.
