An intelligence-led operation by the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse (NACADA) in Nandi County has resulted in a significant seizure of illicit substances.

• NACADA confiscated 2,400 bhangi stones, suspected cannabis seeds, and 116 bottles of contraband vodka.
• The raid, conducted near the Kapsabet Showground area, targeted drug and alcohol networks operating close to residential neighborhoods.
• One suspect was arrested, and NACADA CEO Anthony Omerikwa emphasized the agency's commitment to dismantling drug supply chains and strengthening prevention programs.
