The Central African Republic (CAR) has launched Dûnîa, a fully digital platform designed to modernize its Ministry of Economy, Planning and International Cooperation (MEPCI).

• The platform aims to digitize all ministry operations, including HR, budget management, and project tracking, with a claimed system availability of 99.8%.
• Key figures involved include President Faustin Archange Touadera and local tech company EDEN TiiiT, led by Cédric PIDJOU.
• Dûnîa is projected to reduce administrative processing times by up to 70% and administrative costs by 30%, while also enhancing transparency and serving as a central register for development projects valued at over $9 billion.
