• The PS emphasized leveraging funding from the Global Environment Facility (GEF) and the Green Climate Fund (GCF).
• Key participants included officials from Vitens Evides International (VEI), the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), and Kenyan government bodies NETFUND and NEMA.
• The WaL Nakuru Programme aims to develop bankable, climate-resilient water interventions for Nakuru City and surrounding catchments, with priority areas identified as Njoro River, Menengai Crater, and the Nakuru Central Business District.
