A faction within the Orange Democratic Movement Party, led by Siaya Governor James Orengo and Nairobi Senator Edwin Sifuna, plans to present a parallel report on the implementation of a 10-point Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the late Raila Odinga and President William Ruto.

• The parallel report will be presented at a rally at Jacaranda Grounds in Nairobi on Sunday, March 8.
• This date marks the one-year anniversary of the MoU signing on March 7, 2025.
• Governor Orengo and his team contend that the government has failed to fulfill the MoU's promises, and some are calling for ODM members to resign from the government.
