The High Court in Kiambu has eased bond terms for five suspects accused of the murder of Meru blogger Daniel Muthiani, alias 'Sniper'.

Suspects will now report to the Criminal Investigations Officer in Meru County instead of traveling to Nairobi.
The five accused are Vincent Murithi Kirimi, Murangiri Kenneth Guantai, Bonface Kithinji, Christus Manyara, and Brian Mwenda.
The court maintained a restriction preventing the accused from accessing Chiakanya Sub-county, where the victim's relatives reside.
