A faction of the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) led by Sifuna, the Linda Mwananchi team, has sharply criticized President William Ruto's administration's implementation of a 10-point reform agenda, awarding it a score of just 1 out of 10. The political movement Linda Mwananchi has accused President Ruto of betraying the legacy of the late Prime Minister Raila Odinga through a fraudulent 10-point agenda report.
