National Assembly Minority Leader Junet Mohamed has challenged the Azimio La Umoja Coalition Party to officially convene a joint Parliamentary Group meeting to remove him from his position.

• Junet Mohamed stated he remains the Minority Leader and Secretary General of Azimio, dismissing recent announcements of leadership changes.
• The challenge comes after Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka announced changes including the replacement of Mohamed with Suba South MP Caroli Omondi.
• Mohamed asserted that if the coalition has the numbers, they should convene a meeting and follow proper parliamentary procedure to effect any changes.
