• The agreement was announced by Kenya's Foreign and Diaspora Affairs Cabinet Secretary Musalia Mudavadi during celebrations for St. Patrick's Day in Nairobi.
• Both nations highlighted their strong bilateral ties, spanning sectors like food security, climate resilience, governance, education, and people-to-people exchanges, with Ireland's support for initiatives like Young Scientists Kenya Programme noted.
